The Gold Award at HR AWARDS 2017
The Gold Award for “Best Employee Engagement Strategy” goes to STONE GROUP INTERNATIONAL, at HR AWARDS 2017.
Stone Group International was honored with the Gold Employee Engagement Strategy award in the Talent & Performance Management category, in the glamorous HR Awards 2017 ceremony, that took place on Thursday, November 1st, 2017, in Athens.
The award was received by SGI Human Resources Director Christina Dimatati, who stated, in her speech, that “the moral weight of this award is even greater when it comes to the commitment of our people. In SGI, with the unwavering support of our leadership, we honored the family, the sense of “belonging”, with a series of actions designed and implemented for the first time this year aiming to foster trust between the employees and the company.”
The HR AWARDS 2017 Awards
For the third consecutive year HR Professional magazine and Boussias Communications organized the HR Awards ceremony, aiming to highlight the initiatives and recognize the best practices and policies of Human Resources Management.
The HR Awards honor the innovative practices as well as the actions taken and policies followed in the framework of strategies that have been carefully designed by the HR Management of all those organizations and companies that continue with a great sense of responsibility to invest in their employees.
In the Talent & Performance Management category, the Awards Committee honors practices and actions relating to Talent Management. Examples of Excellence in Performance Management, and well designed and implemented strategies that enhance people’s commitment to the corporate environment are applauded in this category.
The best human-centered practices, have been celebrated by more than 270 senior business executives from all sectors, as well as Ministries, Institutes, Universities and Press representatives.
27 companies from a wide range of business activities were honored during the HR Awards ceremony and 8 of them received Gold Awards in their categories.
