DECLARATION OF INFORMED CONSENT
Data for Marketing

I hereby declare the following regarding my name, surname and e-mail address (‘’the Data’’) that I have provided to the Data Controller, an SA company under the name “Marmor SG Société Anonyme Processing of Marble and Granite”, and under the distinctive title “STONE GROUP INTERNATIONAL” (“the Company”), for the purpose of my briefing about the products, the actions and the news of the Company by electronic means.

Having been informed from the Company’s Privacy Notice:

(a) of my rights, as described in favor of the data subjects in the provisions of national and European legislation, and in particular the General Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data, (and more specifically, the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection).
(b) in particular, that, in order to exercise my rights, the competent contact person appointed by the Company is the Data Protection Officer, whom I can contact at the e-mail address dpo@stonegroup.gr, and to whom I shall address any possible request for exercising one of my rights related to my personal data.
(c) that I reserve my right to withdraw the consent, which I provide with the present, by choosing the relevant consent withdraw command in the Consent Withdrawal.
(d) that the Data are kept by the Company and are transferred only to the absolutely necessary processors supporting the Company's electronic systems and networks.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Large construction projects around the world require particular specifications. For this reason, we have formed a team consisting of civil engineers, architects, as well as specialised staff, in order to be able to meet to the needs and requirements of large construction projects worldwide.

Having acquired extensive experience all this time as a materials supplier in international construction projects, we have adopted a design, control and project monitoring model for all stages, in order to deliver each project at the required time and based on high quality criteria. This allows us to specify our marble in cooperation with the architectural community, thus enhancing our international partnerships.

The department staff interprets 2D & 3D architectural drawings in various formats, provides detailed assessments of the preparation cost (regarding both materials & processing), creates and manages cutting lists and provides support on technical issues of any kind.

DRY LAY

In our effort to always deliver on the promises we make to our partners, we have adopted a “Dry Lay” procedure for flooring of all dimensions. This procedure can be applied where appropriate, depending always on the requirements and specifications of each partner. Indicatively, the procedure may include the following stages *:

  • Dry Lay & colour check for flooring
  • Tile quality check & tile moisture reading
  • Special packing for flooring
  • Packing on pallets made according to the customer’s specifications
  • Measuring of & checking moisture in pallets in line with customer specifications
  • Barcoding – marking for each tile, box, pallet separately.

ART CRAFT ATELIER

Even though we have at our disposal the most modern mechanical equipment, we also keep using traditional material finishing methods, proving that handmade finishes and engravings are of a timeless value, as is marble itself. We place particular emphasis on our Art Department, which is housed in a special wing in our facilities.

This department is staffed by people with passion, love and knowledge of the material who often use complex techniques, all the while being able to carve any marble, thus bringing to life even the most demanding piece of art.

MARKETING SUPPORT

We firmly believe in mutual development and, through the creation of appropriate tools that provide additional value and benefits to our partnerships, we support our selected partners and customers at all stages of distribution of our end products.

After having analysed the needs of each customer as well as the relevant market, our Marketing Department optionally offers support using modern marketing tools, such as a 360o Virtual Reality Tour in our Pirgon quarry, special catalogues, product leaflets and folders, personalised packaging and sample books, photos, as well as complete proposals on materials presentation. At the same time, it can provide support on showroom arrangements for selected partners, so that the materials can be better presented and promoted.
